Berlin report on Working Group 4: European Security and Disarmament (nuclear and conventional arms control and disarmament)

The main theme of the discussions was the continuing transition in European security in the post-Cold War. Within in this theme the workshop addressed key issues in security and disarmament in Europe, including European security structures, nuclear doctrine and disarmament, conventional forces and disarmament, ballistic missile defences (BMD); as well as emerging threats and measures to address them.
