British Pugwash webinar on China’s approach to nuclear disarmament

The British Pugwash group held an online seminar with Zhou Bo, Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Security and Strategy at Tsinghua University and a retired Senior Colonel in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. Chaired by British Pugwash Group Chairman Peter Jenkins, Col. Zhou Bo explored China’s call for a P5 no-first-use agreement and related nuclear risk reduction policies.
