Statement on the NPT

On 6 February 2015, Pugwash President Jayantha Dhanapala and Pugwash Council Member Sergio Duarte released a statement, "Nuclear Weapons Treaty at a Crossroads."

Drawing upon their expertise as presidents of prior NPT Review Conferences, and key thinkers in the field, Dhanapala and Duarte urge concrete action to ensure a successful outcome for the 2015 NPT Review Conference.
