The second meeting of the Pugwash India-Pakistan Independent Commission was held on 26-27 February 2011 in Dubai. Following this, consultations were held in Delhi during 1-2 March 2011. The Commission welcomed the decision taken by the governments at Thimphu, Bhutan to resume dialogue. They discussed a range of suggestions for ways to ensure that dialogue moves forward in a manner that emphasizes areas of commonality.
