Report on CTBT consultations

Pugwash convened a special meeting in New York City in October 2009 with senior policy makers and experts from most of the key states. This was preceded and followed by a series of discussions in New York (at the UN), Washington, DC, Geneva, Islamabad, Beijing, and with key Middle Eastern countries. The report is an overview of the points raised in these meetings.
