Jean Pascal Zanders is head of the Pugwash CBW Program. He is also owner and operator of The Trench (www.the-trench.org), a leading consultancy on chemical and biological weapons. He specialises in questions of chemical and biological armament and disarmament, and also develops educational strategies and courses for security, disarmament and technology transfer controls, and designs and runs tabletop exercises.
