An interview with the President of Pugwash, Ambassador Sergio Duarte, was conducted by PIR Center, a Russian NGO that specializes in nuclear non-proliferation and arms control, in the context of the first stage of the Project “Oral History of Nuclear Non-proliferation”, in which several diplomats from Russia and other countries also participate.
