Mr. Hitoshi Kikawada was elected as Lower House Representative in 2014 and was recently appointed as Parliamentary Vice Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in October 2015. He graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering, Tokyo Science University and has an MS from the University of Maryland (Ocean Science and Environment) 1998. He finished the doctoral course at Osaka University on civil engineering.
