British Pugwash webinar on China’s approach to nuclear disarmament

On 8 October 2024, the British Pugwash group held an online seminar with Zhou Bo, Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Security and Strategy at Tsinghua University and a retired Senior Colonel in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. Chaired by British Pugwash Group Chairman Peter Jenkins, Col. Zhou Bo explored China’s call for a P5 no-first-use agreement and related nuclear risk reduction policies.
