On 26-28 April 2005 Pugwash Secretary-General Paolo Cotta-Ramusino made a presentation on “Non-Proliferation and the NPT” at the Conference of States Parties and Signatories of Treaties that Establish Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones in Mexico City.
