Prof. Kiyoshi Kurokawa is an Adjunct Professor at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies and Professor Emeritus of the University of Tokyo. Prof. Kurokawa served as Special Advisor to the Cabinet (2006-2008) and as a Commissioner on the World Health Organization Commission for Social Determinants of Health (2005-2008).
