Member Interdisciplinary Centre Sciences for Peace, Pisa University; Member, Italian Union of Scientists for Disarmament (USPID) Scientific Council [formerly: USPID National Secretary]; Member of the “Initiative Committee” preparing the Moscow Forum of 1987. Attended several Pugwash Conferences and Workshops since 1983; had the privilege of knowing Jo Rotblat, listening to him and learning from him; Member of Pugwash Council since 2013; committed to do his best to serve Pugwash.
